Leo Hsu is co-founder of Paragon Corporation, a Boston-based PostgreSQL/PostGIS consulting company.  He is  also a co-author of several books on PostgreSQL, PostGIS, and pgRouting (another PostgreSQL extension commonly used with PostGIS) with his wife and partner, Regina Obe.
