Paul Adams has over 15 years experience building and supporting teams, with focus on distributed engineering, especially Open Source. He works with the engineering teams at Swarm64 to help them learn and be better every day and to ensure that structure and process serve the needs of the company. Paul has studied (distributed) software engineering at both the Universities of Durham and Lincoln in the UK, from which he earned his PhD.
